Low Slope Roofing Foreman – Commercial Roofing (NOW HIRING)

Pressure Point Roofing is hiring an experienced Low Slope Roofing Foreman to run commercial crews and keep jobs moving safely and on time. If you know low slope systems, can lead a crew, and take pride in clean installs — we want you.
This is NOT an entry-level spot. We’re looking for someone who can step in, lead from the front, and help train up the crew.
Pay & Perks

What You’ll Be Doing
- Running your crew on commercial low slope roofing jobs
- Keeping everyone Safe and OSHA compliant
- Communicating with the Superintendent + Project Manager (job progress, timelines, issues)
- Making sure installs are done right and fixing issues when needed
- Training crew members on proper installs and jobsite standards
- Watching materials (don’t waste it / use shop stock first)
- Turning in job paperwork, receipts, fuel logs, etc. after the job
- Keeping tools/equipment in good shape and reporting repair needs
What We Need From You
- Strong experience with low slope commercial roofing systems PVC, TPO, EPDM
- Know how to run a crew and keep production moving
- Understand OSHA safety expectations
- Good communication (with customers, suppliers, and your crew)
- Valid driver’s license (trailer towing sometimes required) with good driving record
- Willing to attend equipment/manufacturer training as needed
Physical Requirements
This is roofing — you already know what that means:
- Working outside in heat/cold/rain
- Walking on roofs (flat + steep), good balance required
- Lifting 25–150 lbs
- Loud tools/equipment (nail guns, saws, blowers, generators)
- Sharp materials (metal flashings, blades, etc.)
- Travel/overnight stays may happen depending on the job
