Project & Account Marketing Specialist
The Project & Account Marketing Specialist leads creative project delivery and client relationship management. This role serves as the main point of contact for incoming creative requests, ensuring alignment with client goals, timelines, and brand standards. The Specialist collaborates closely with writers, designers, and clients to guide projects from kickoff to final delivery.
Must be able to work EST/CST Hours.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Lead projects from intake to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and brand standards are met
- Coordinate creative resources and manage schedules
- Facilitate kickoff calls, updates, and reviews
- Maintain project documentation and status updates
- Prepare estimates and manage approvals
Account Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Act as a strategic advisor and liaison between clients and creative teams
- Present concepts, gather feedback, and translate it into actionable direction
- Guide clients through the creative process and set clear expectations
- Ensure final deliverables meet both the brief and brand guidelines
- Contribute to process improvements and cross-functional collaboration
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years in marketing or communications, with 2+ years in project/account management (agency or healthcare experience a plus)
- Strong knowledge of the creative process and project lifecycle
- Exceptional organization, communication, and multitasking skills
- Experience with project management tools (Workamajig, Workfront preferred)
- Comfortable in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- Collaborative, detail-oriented, and client-focused
