We’re Hiring: Marketing Team Assistant

We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our growing team and support marketing, branding, and event execution efforts. This is a hands-on, in-office role ideal for a self-starter early in their marketing career who is curious, adaptable, and eager to learn—especially as new tools, platforms, and AI-driven workflows continue to evolve.

Location: In-office, Maryland
US Eligibility: U.S. Citizenship required

What You’ll Do:

Support event marketing efforts including trade shows, conferences, and demonstrations.
Pack, ship, track, and manage marketing materials, booth assets, and equipment for events.
Assist with on-site setup and teardown before and after events.
Coordinate event logistics, schedules, and inventory lists.
Support brand awareness and consistency across all materials.
Assist with digital marketing initiatives (website, email, social, content support).
Create and update visual assets such as presentations, one-pagers, signage, booth graphics, and digital content.
Maintain organized inventories and ensure strong attention to detail across all deliverables.
Update and maintain CRM systems, ensuring accurate data entry and adding value through thoughtful tracking, notes, and follow-ups.
Occasionally support field operators during demonstrations or deployments.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of relevant experience in marketing, events, or communications (internships and contract work included).
Experience supporting event or field marketing.
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
Familiarity with new media and digital content tools (video, motion graphics, social platforms, or web-based design tools).
A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
Strong interest in learning new software, tools, and workflows, including AI-powered marketing tools.
Strong organizational skills, responsiveness, and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in fast-paced, hands-on environments.
Willingness to travel occasionally and work flexible hours around events.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to stand for extended periods of time during events.
Comfortable working on-site at conferences, outdoor venues, and operational environments.
Willingness to provide hands-on support in the field when required.
