Position Summary: We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented **Contents Field Manager** to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will help oversee and coordinate the inventory, pack-out, cleaning, and restoration of personal contents from damaged properties. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, strong leadership abilities, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities: * Lead and supervise field teams in content pack-out, cleaning, inventory, and pack-back operations. * Conduct on-site assessments and document affected contents using industry software (e.g., Xactimate, CompanyCam, DASH). * Communicate with homeowners, insurance adjusters, and project managers to ensure clear expectations and exceptional service. * Ensure proper handling and storage of customers' personal belongings, adhering to restoration best practices and safety standards. * Maintain and manage contents inventory throughout the restoration process. * Coordinate transportation logistics for contents between job sites and storage facilities. * Train and mentor contents technicians on protocols, equipment use, and customer service standards. * Ensure timely completion of contents jobs in accordance with company goals and insurance carrier requirements. Qualifications: * 2+ years of experience in the disaster restoration industry, preferably in a contents management role. * Prior supervisory or team leadership experience. * Familiarity with restoration industry tools and software (Xactimate, DASH, etc.). * Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor as needed. * Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. * IICRC certifications (OCT, WRT, or CCT) are a plus.
