Role Description
This full-time on-site role in Phoenix, AZ, requires a Logistics Assistant to support the daily operations of the logistics and supply chain department. Responsibilities include managing inventory, assisting with purchasing processes, coordinating shipments, maintaining organized records, and ensuring timely deliveries. The Logistics Assistant will provide exceptional customer service to clients and support the overall efficiency of logistics operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction
- Proficiency in Inventory Management and Organization skills for maintaining accurate records and stock
- Experience in Purchasing and Logistics Management to coordinate and oversee supply chain activities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
- Familiarity with logistics software and tools is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or supply chain management are an advantage
- Proficiency in English and Spanish
