Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and strategic Tribal Providers Program Manager to lead and coordinate initiatives that enhance healthcare and social service delivery within tribal communities. This pivotal role involves overseeing program development, fostering collaborative relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects aligned with tribal priorities. Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of comprehensive programs tailored to tribal provider needs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and community priorities.
- Facilitate requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to define scope, objectives, and success metrics for various initiatives.
- Manage project portfolios by prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and overseeing budgets to ensure timely delivery within scope and cost constraints.
- Employ risk management techniques to proactively identify potential issues and implement mitigation plans throughout the project lifecycle.
- Supervise multidisciplinary teams, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing work environment.
- Coordinate meetings, facilitate discussions on project progress, conflict resolution, and decision-making processes utilizing platforms such as SharePoint.
- Collaborate with vendors and external partners through effective vendor management strategies to ensure compliance with contracts and service level agreements.
- Develop comprehensive reports and technical documentation to communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
- Promote organizational change through effective change management strategies that support adoption of new processes or systems within tribal health programs.
Experience
- Demonstrated success in supervising teams within a program management environment with a focus on healthcare or social services for tribal communities.
- Proven ability in requirements analysis, process improvement initiatives, and program design that drive operational excellence.
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure projects involving systems like SharePoint, such as Microsoft .
- Expertise in risk assessment techniques, including root cause analysis; adept at conflict management and negotiation within complex stakeholder environments.
- Skilled in technical writing for documentation purposes, along with excellent presentation skills for stakeholder engagement.
