Agility Partners is seeking a qualified Business Manager to fill an open position with a Fortune 15 company based in the greater Seattle area. The Business Manager will work directly with executive leadership to build operational infrastructure, manage finances, and streamline business processes for a high-visibility organization. Responsibilities:
- Manage rhythm of business (ROB) activities including planning meetings, business reviews, and fiscal year strategies.
- Oversee team financial operations, including OpEx and T&E tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
- Support leadership through executive-level communications, project tracking, and internal content development.
- Coordinate logistics such as calendar management, travel planning, and team cultural initiatives.
Qualifications:
- 5–7 years of experience in business management, operational support, and financial reporting.
- Proven experience managing ROB and financial processes (OpEx, T&E) in a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, accounting, or a related field.
- Strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to anticipate organizational needs.
- Experience with AI agents, Microsoft systems, or hardware business is a strong plus.

Pay: $23.05 - $29.00 per hour
