Stellar Roofing is a fast-paced roofing and home exterior company seeking a dedicated and reliable Metal Roofing Project Manager to join our dynamic Syracuse team. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth daily operations and delivering outstanding support to our internal teams and valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures; ensure job sites are compliant with regulatory standards.
Manage day- to- day project operations.
Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
Travel between Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse markets on an as needed basis.
Supervise installation crews and ensure workmanship meets company and customer expectations.
Maintain effective and regular communication with clients, installers, and production supervisor.
Monitor progress, resolve issues, and perform final walk-throughs for each prospect assigned.
Maintain detailed project documentation and properly close out jobs

Qualifications:

Valid NY State driver’s license with a clean record.
Familiarity with the Rochester, Buffalo and Syracuse area with requirement to travel to all markets as needed
Ability to handle physical workload of 50+ lbs.
Strong Communication and Teamwork Skills
Experience working with metal roofing systems

Compensation:

$65,000+ depending on experience
Annual and Monthly Bonus opportunities
