We’re looking for a driven Mechanical Construction HVAC Superintendent to join our team and help lead field operations on complex builds. If you have a strong background in HVAC systems, experience managing field crews, and are ready to take on a leadership role in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee the installation of HVAC systems on commercial construction sites.
- Manage daily job site activities, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
- Supervise and support HVAC crews, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
- Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical plans.
- Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, project managers, and vendors.
- Solve field challenges quickly and effectively to keep projects on track.
- Monitor and enforce site safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience as an HVAC Foreman (pipefitting, sheet metal, or technician roles).
- Proficient in blueprint and schematic reading.
- Solid understanding of hydronic and duct systems.
- Strong scheduling and job coordination skills.
- Experience with project management software (Fieldwire, Procore, Autodesk).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Nice to Have
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Bilingual (a plus but not required)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $46.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
