About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Journeyman Glazier to join our growing team on California’s Central Coast. You should have extensive residential and commercial glazing experience, a customer centric mindset, be ready to lead projects, and mentor apprentices.
Your responsibilities and duties:
- Customer Service: Interact professionally with customers, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns.
- Glass Cutting: Perform accurate glass cutting for various residential/ Commercial projects.
- Frameless Shower Enclosures: Install and fabricate frameless shower enclosures with precision and expertise.
- Mirror Fabrication & Installation: Cut, fabricate, and install custom mirrors according to client specifications.
- Re-glazing/Glass Replacement: Conduct light re-glazing and glass replacement.
- Commercial Storefront: Install, repair, and replace storefront window systems including doors and openers.
- Site Preparation & Clean-Up: Prepare job sites, ensure proper installation, and maintain a clean work area.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and ensure proper handling and installation of glass materials.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 2 years of journeyman-level glazing experience (residential an commercial).
- Strong knowledge of glass types, hardware, sealants, and building codes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving and customer-service skills.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
