1099 Independent Sales Representatives to conduct
in-home insulation sales consultations across Kentucky and Tennessee. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced in-home sales professionals looking for high income potential with qualified leads and strong support.

Training & Compensation Structure- Paid training salary during onboarding
- Commission-only compensation once training is completed
- Commissions are earned on completed and paid jobs
- No cap on commissions
Responsibilities- Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners
- Evaluate insulation needs and recommend solutions
- Present pricing and close sales in the home
- Accurately measure, estimate, and document projects
- Maintain professional relationships with customers
- Travel to appointments throughout KY and TN
- Follow company sales processes and standards
Qualifications- Proven experience in in-home or outside sales preferred
- Strong closing and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Ability to travel within Kentucky and Tennessee
- Smartphone and basic technology proficiency
- Construction, home improvement, or insulation experience is a plus
