Action Care offers various schedules dependent on the position. Field staff shifts may be 10, 12, or 24-hour shifts dependent on staffing needs and availability. 10 & 12 hour positions work 3 to 5 days a week and 24-hour positions work 10-12 days a month on a modified Kelly A, B, & C shift schedule. Action Care strives to provide our staff with shift opportunities that allow for maximum flexibility to adapt to personal and family needs. All 24-hour crews are assigned to stations that are equipped with kitchen facilities, cable or satellite television, DVD players, and appropriate accommodations for the shift.
As part of the application submission you will need to obtain a copy of your driving record. Colorado driving records can be obtained at your local drivers license office. Out of state, or new to the state applicants will need to have a driving record from the previous state of residency.

Requirements
To join our team, a valid Colorado driver’s license and current State of Colorado EMT certification are required at the time of application. EKG certification is strongly preferred and IV certification is required within 90 days of employment. Please attach to your application copies of your current State of Colorado Driver's License, Department of Motor Vehicle Record for the last 3 years, State Certifications, CPR card, and any other relevant certifications.
