Analytica is seeking a highly skilled and proactive Infrastructure/Systems Engineer Lead to provide expert technical leadership in the management, monitoring, and maintenance of enterprise-level systems, databases, and infrastructure. This individual will ensure the highest level of availability, performance, and resilience for all operational platforms while leading infrastructure architecture initiatives for complex data environments. The role requires strong coordination across engineering, operations, and development teams in Agile environments, with a focus on system optimization and automation.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise infrastructure and system architectures, including cloud and hybrid environments.
Oversee and monitor infrastructure components including servers, databases, storage, network, and security systems.
Serve as the technical lead for infrastructure lifecycle management: installation, upgrades, migrations, and decommissioning.
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, DevOps engineers, and Security teams to ensure compliance with performance, scalability, and cybersecurity standards.
Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations, procedures, and diagrams.
Required Qualifications
Professional certification in at least one of the following areas: Amazon Web Services (AWS), Apache Spark, Big Data, Databricks, or Oracle.
Strong proficiency with Linux/Unix and Windows server environments, virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware), and cloud infrastructure tools.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of DevSecOps pipelines, Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible), and monitoring platforms (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk).
