Role Description
We are looking for an Operations Manager who can own the day-to-day execution of this work. Manage inventory, transportation, and on-site deployment for our clients. Our team handles everything from receiving and storing inventory, to scheduling deliveries, setting up on job sites, coordinating vendors, and managing breakdown and return. This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable moving between the warehouse, the job site, and the schedule. If you like solving real problems, keeping things moving, and making systems better over time, this role will suit you well.
Qualifications
- Customer Service skills and commitment to meeting client expectations
- Proficiency in Inventory Control, including monitoring stock levels
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse environment
- Proficiency in logistics software, warehouse management systems, and data analysis tools
- Strong problem solving, analytical thinking, organizational, and leadership skills
- Supplier & Partner Relations: Managing relationships with suppliers and shipping companies.
- Experience in event production logistics is beneficial but not required
