**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a dedicated Project Manager to join our team at Venus. The ideal candidate will oversee switchgear and integration for construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
**Duties:**
- Manage construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Utilize software for project scheduling and tracking.
- Conduct construction estimating and cost analysis to maintain project budgets.
- Oversee electrical engineering aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with the design team on system design and schematics.
- Negotiate contracts and manage contract administration throughout the project lifecycle.
**Experience:**
- Proven experience in project management within the construction industry.
- Knowledge of Switchgear is preferred
- Background in electrical engineering is preferred.
- Ability to interpret system design and schematics effectively.
- Strong negotiation skills for contract management.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
