We are seeking a Jr. Project Manager from any high-risk, high-tempo operational environment (aviation, refinery operations, manufacturing, military logistics, events production, etc.) who can lead multi-team installation programs with structure and confidence.
You do not need a construction background. We provide full technical training. What we value is leadership, operational rigour, and accountability.
Role Overview
As a Jr. Project Manager, you will lead mechanical and electrical installation programs inside live, operating industrial facilities. This is a hands-on operational leadership role that blends:

Key Responsibilities:
Operational Execution
- Lead mechanical and electrical crews delivering installation and retrofit work in live facilities
- Coordinate work across day, night, and weekend shifts
- Maintain steady throughput and high-quality output
- Manage space, equipment, lifts, and material flow in constrained environments
Planning & Scheduling
- Break program scope into phases, zones, and shift-level execution plans
- Run structured shift handover meetings between day/night leadership
- Track KPIs, progress, and productivity through dashboards and reports
- Align shutdown windows and critical-path activities with client operations
Safety Leadership
- Enforce LOTO, work permits, overhead work controls, and FOD management
- Lead toolbox talks, hazard assessments, and safety briefings
- Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and internal HSE frameworks
- Model strong safety culture and zero-incident discipline
Stakeholder & Client Coordination
- Collaborate with client Operations, Safety, and Area Managers
- Communicate changes, risks, blockers, and mitigation strategies clearly
- Maintain strong professional relationships with client and contractor teams
Documentation & Control
- Maintain daily reports, shift logs, and incident documentation
- Track variances vs. plan and escalate early
- Drive risk management discipline across the program lifecycle

- Refinery/oil & gas operations: turnaround planning, shift supervision
- Industrial manufacturing: production lead, shift manager, maintenance coordinator
- Military logistics/engineering: operations NCO, logistics officer, tech supervisor
- High-volume warehouse/industrial operations: shift lead, ops manager
- Events production: stage/crew manager, operations coordinator
You Have Experience In
- Leading multi-disciplinary teams
- Managing operations inside safety-critical environments
- Coordinating shift-based work with structured handovers
- Working around ongoing, live operations
- Staying calm and structured under pressure
- Exercising strong accountability and command presence
You Do NOT Need
- Construction experience
- Engineering licenses
- Trade qualifications

Benefits & Compensation
- Base Salary: $70,000–$90,000 (experience & location dependent)
