Role Description
This is a contract, hybrid role based in the New York City Metropolitan Area, with some remote flexibility. The Project Manager will oversee and manage projects across key areas such as creative direction, branding, digital platforms, and production. Daily responsibilities include coordinating project timelines, managing logistics, ensuring timely delivery, facilitating inspections, and expediting workflows. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of projects while maintaining DTE Studio’s high standards of quality and creativity.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and resource management
- Expeditor and Expediting experience to efficiently oversee project timelines and deliverables
- Proficiency in Inspection and quality assurance to maintain high standards
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, schedules, and deliverables
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Prior experience managing creative or cross-functional teams is a plus
- Familiarity with the fashion, luxury, or creative industries is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
