We are looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk/ Admin Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Seal Beach, California. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring accuracy between physical inventory and database records. This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
• Verify physical inventory against database records to ensure accuracy.
• Conduct thorough audits of inventory data and report discrepancies.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of inventory assets.
• Input inventory data into systems with precision and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve inventory issues and discrepancies.
• Assist in maintaining inventory control procedures and policies.
• Prepare reports and summaries based on inventory findings.
• Support administrative tasks related to inventory management as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and inventory protocols.
• Previous experience in asset inventory or data entry is preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
• Proficiency in using inventory systems or databases.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with spreadsheets and data entry tools.
• Strong communication skills for reporting and resolving discrepancies.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
