Are you an experienced Project Engineer or Engineering Manager or Project Manager with experience in Steel industry in melt-shop/ furnace/ foundry environments looking to take the lead in installation projects for a world-leading engineering company as it continues its accelerated growth in the US?

This established global company, with over 80 years of engineering excellence, is expanding its U.S. operations, broadening its installation capabilities for bespoke heavy turnkey machinery across steel manufacturing sites and strengthening its in-house engineering services.
On offer is an opportunity to lead multiple projects acting as a crucial pivotal position between internal sales, operations, commercial and manufacturing stakeholders as well as the clients playing a crucial role in transforming commercial agreements into operational success, coordinating design, fabrication, logistics, and on-site installation for world-class engineered solutions

THE ROLE:
• Manage end-to-end project delivery for large-scale machinery installations within the steel and metals sector.
• Customer-facing functions as the key interface between sales, engineering, manufacturing, and client teams to ensure successful execution of project scope, schedule, and budget.
• Translate commercial agreements into actionable project plans, defining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Monitor project performance, ensuring alignment with technical standards, safety protocols, and customer expectations.
THE PERSON:
• Proven experience managing operational and new equipment projects within industrial, steel, metals, or heavy machinery sectors.
• Bachelors Degree in Engineering
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
• Commercially astute with experience overseeing budgets, contracts, and client relationships.
• Willingness to travel to client sites and manufacturing facilities across the U.S. and internationally when required.
