Are you the kind of person who loves turning a signed deal into a smooth, well-run project? Pantheon Computers is looking for a Project & Product Manager who keeps details on track, communicates clearly, and makes sure clients have a great experience from sale to delivery.
In this role, you’ll sit at the center of projects, products, and people—coordinating with vendors, internal teams, and clients to keep everything moving.
What You’ll Do
- Own the project flow from proposal to completion, making sure handoffs are clear and nothing falls through the cracks.
- Coordinate ordering and receiving of products, working closely with vendors and internal teams.
- Keep projects organized by maintaining accurate records, timelines, and documentation.
- Be the main point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and helping resolve issues quickly and professionally.
- Support the Project Engineer with planning, scheduling, and tracking work so milestones are met.
- Manage inventory, including reconciliation, reporting, and ensuring we have what we need when we need it.
- Oversee the RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) process, ensuring returns are handled accurately and on time.

- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a genuine focus on helping clients succeed.
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
