Role: Project Manager

Location: Charlotte, NC

Hybrid: 3 days in a week

Contract: 12 Months with possibilities of extension/conversion

Job Description:

Led end-to-end delivery of data-driven projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and compliance standards.
Collaborated with cross-functional teams including analysts, and business stakeholders to define project scope, deliverables, and success metrics.
Managed project timelines, budgets, risk assessments, and resource allocation using tools like Jira, MS Project, or Smartsheet.
Oversaw the implementation of data governance frameworks and ensured data quality, integrity, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
Played a key role in mapping and documenting data lineage, enabling better traceability, impact analysis, and regulatory compliance across data assets.
Communicated project progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership and stakeholders through regular reports and dashboards.
Facilitated agile ceremonies and fostered a collaborative environment to continuously improve team productivity and project delivery.
