Position Overview
The Chief Operating Officer (COO) is a key executive responsible for driving operational excellence, supply chain efficiency, and cross-departmental performance for a home décor brand. This role oversees day-to-day operations, ensures strong financial and operational discipline, and builds scalable systems that support growth across product development, merchandising, production, logistics, and sales channels (e-commerce, retail, B2B).
- This opportunity is with a growing Home Decor company that is currently doing just under 10M in overall revenue with 35 employees currently.
- Very ambitious CEO who is well known in New Jersey. This company is one of three businesses that she owns and operates.
- Susan (CEO) is really looking for a COO that can help her scale and that is strong when it comes to putting systems into place.
- She believes her products are light years ahead in branding and product, and believes with the right COO and structure that this can be a billion dollar company.
- This position would require a relocation to New Jersey, where relocation would be provided.
- Generous base salary, up to 300k and is open to the idea of doing profit sharing for a rockstar candidate.
