Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Associate to join our dynamic Global Sports & Entertainment (GSE) team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency of the day-to-day management of the GSE business. This role involves supporting strategic planning, project execution, reporting, and coordination across various teams within the firm to advance GSE priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head of GSE with business administration and operational management.
- Support the planning and execution of sponsorships and marketing partnerships, including those with sports leagues, media, and events.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify new opportunities for strategic visibility.
- Maintain project plans, timelines, and deliverables across multiple initiatives.
- Coordinate internal reporting, dashboards, and communications for leadership.
- Develop presentations, internal updates, and meeting materials.

- Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 2-5 years of experience in business management, operations, or project coordination, preferably within financial services or a similar corporate environment.

- Strong written communication and presentation-building skills.
Collaborative, resourceful, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $58,000 and $115,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
