Chief Operating Officer
A new premium health & wellness grocery concept is seeking a hands-on COO to build and launch its first flagship store and establish the operational foundation for future multi-unit expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead operations, supply chain, logistics, and vendor setup from the ground up.
- Oversee store buildout, pre-opening planning, and in-store execution.
- Establish systems, SOPs, hiring structure, and scalable processes.
- Partner with the founder on strategy, investor interactions, and long-term growth planning.
Key Requirements
- Strong background in natural/organic retail, grocery, and fresh/perishables operations.
- Experience launching stores or building operational frameworks in fast-moving environments.
- Startup-minded, hands-on leader able to operate onsite in Miami.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and team-building skills.
