You’ll ensure every build aligns with client goals, data integrity, and best practices for long-term success.
You’ll focus on building clean, effective front-end experiences using HTML, CSS, and our proprietary configuration tools, while also supporting data imports, exports, and workflow automation. · Manage customer change requests through completion while maintaining detailed documentation and task tracking.
· Participate in client meetings, requirement-gathering sessions, testing, and deployment reviews.
· Assist with training and user certification for new customers to ensure smooth adoption of the Visionlink platform.
· Contribute to internal process documentation, standard operating procedures, and implementation templates.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, and Product) to identify and resolve configuration or UI challenges.
Required Skills & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience in information systems, social services, business, or related field.

· Experience collaborating with customers or internal teams on software implementation or onboarding projects.
· Solid problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills, with strong attention to detail.
· Self-motivated learner who enjoys technology and is eager to grow technical and analytical skills.
