Overview:
We are seeking a highly driven Continuous Improvement Manager to lead enterprise-level process optimization initiatives across a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, improving efficiency, and supporting long-term organizational growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering and a proven ability to implement Lean methodologies at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives that support enterprise-wide performance, quality, and efficiency goals.
- Partner with Operations, Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and implement standardized processes.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and other improvement methodologies to reduce waste, improve flow, and strengthen productivity.
- Manage cross-functional projects from concept through implementation, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budget.
- Conduct root cause analyses, time studies, capability assessments, and process mapping activities to support data-driven decision-making.
- Develop and track KPIs, dashboards, and performance metrics to measure improvement impact and sustain results.
- Mentor, train, and influence teams across the organization to build a culture of continuous improvement.
- Support long-term facility planning, automation initiatives, and production optimization efforts.
- Prepare and present findings, project updates, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (required or strongly preferred).
- 5+ years of Management experience in manufacturing-focused continuous improvement, process engineering, or industrial engineering roles.
- Strong knowledge of Lean principles, Six Sigma tools, and structured problem-solving methodologies.
- Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional improvement projects in a manufacturing setting.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to influence at all levels and drive organizational change.
- Proficiency with data analysis tools, process modeling, and standard manufacturing metrics.
Preferred Skills:
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with automation, materials flow, or facility layout optimization.
- Familiarity with ERP/MES systems and manufacturing analytics tools.
