Requirements of this Superintendent role:
- 7+ years’ experience on $10M to $20M high-end commercial TI projects in the hospitality, corporate office, medical and bio-tech markets
- Excellent computer skills
- Verifiable industry references
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- OSHA 30 and any additional certifications a plus
