Requirements of this Superintendent role:

7+ years’ experience on $10M to $20M high-end commercial TI projects in the hospitality, corporate office, medical and bio-tech markets
Excellent computer skills
Verifiable industry references
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
OSHA 30 and any additional certifications a plus
