Position Overview
The IT Site Lead reports to the IT Director and is responsible for technical infrastructure of PAC division. Additionally, the IT Site Lead is responsible for managing the infrastructure, hardware, applications, networking, printing, and manufacturing integrations. The IT Site Lead is responsible for the overall management of the digital footprint of PAC location.
Essential Functions
- Networking and Security:
- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN and Wi-Fi networks.
- Ensure the organization adheres to security best practices, including patch management and vulnerability assessments.
- Maintaining Compliance Levels Adhering to NIST, CMMC2, PCI, ITAR
- Application Support:
- Assist with troubleshooting and maintenance of business applications.
- Liaise with vendors for software updates and issue resolution.
- License management, Microsoft environment, Engineering heavy environment.
- Business intelligence and business analytics development.
- Hardware and Device Management:
- Install, configure, and maintain Servers, workstations, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Manage inventory and lifecycle of IT equipment.
- Manufacturing Integration:
- Support and maintain IT systems tied to manufacturing equipment and processes.
- Work with the manufacturing team to troubleshoot and optimize technology integration.
- First Tier Technical Support
- Assist with technical support both individual and project oriented.
Job Specifications (Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities)
- Ability to set priorities, work with corporate support
- Excellent organization skills with strong attention to detail and documentation
- Excellent teamwork skills and high degree of initiative required
Education, Certifications, And Experience
- 5 years of technical work experience in information systems
- Technical degree in IS, IT, CS or adjacent degree
- Industry accepted certificates such as CompTIA, CISSP, MCSE
Physical Demands And Work Environment
- Working conditions are normal for that of a manufacturing/machine shop/office environment.
- All employees are expected to adhere to Company safety policies and wear personal protective equipment when exposed to work areas or performing tasks where it is required.
