Gillmann Services is hiring reliable Construction Laborers to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll support a variety of construction projects by assisting crews, moving materials, cleaning up job sites, and performing general tasks to keep operations running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, dependable, and ready to work in a hands-on environment. Whether you have years of experience or are just getting started in construction, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Assist with site prep, cleanup, and material handling
Load and unload building materials
Operate hand and power tools safely
Support skilled trades
Follow directions from site supervisors
Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

Prior construction experience a plus, but not required
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Must follow all safety policies and wear PPE
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
