Overview:

The project manager will be responsible for overseeing on-site execution.

Managing third-party labor teams.
-
Executing a specific phasing plan. Ensuring the phasing plan is completed entirely for each night.

Escalating any issues that arise during the night's work or forecasting potential issues.

Maintaining in-depth communication between site operations and senior leadership.

The role involves extensive travel within the continental United States, potentially anywhere from Seattle to Florida.

Candidates need to live close to a major airport for easier travel arrangements.

The job requires being prepared to travel Monday through Friday for the duration of the 5-month assignment, minus major federal holidays. - The goal is to assign one project at a time, so travel would likely be to a consistent location for about 5 months. There's a possibility that midway through the assignment (around the 3 month mark), they might have to travel to different locations week over week if assigned to two projects.

The work involves retrofitting existing Amazon grocery buildings, modifying them to meet new design requirements and customer needs.

Contract Length: 6 Months
Location: US Mainland (Must be near a major airport as weekly travel required)
Pay Range: $50 - $55 per hour
