Summary
'We are seeking a dedicated Superintendent to oversee construction projects from start to finish at our US-based locations. This role is vital in ensuring project success aligns with our commitment to innovation and sustainability. The Superintendent will lead teams, manage resources, and uphold safety standards to bring our partners’ visions to life.'
'Responsibilities'
' Lead and supervise construction projects ensuring timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to meet project specifications.
- Oversee daily site operations while maintaining safety protocols.
- Manage project schedules using Primavera P6 and other management software.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to blueprints and schematics.
- Monitor project budgets and prepare progress reports.
- Enforce OSHA standards and safety regulations.
- Foster a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement.'

- Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards.
- Effective communication and organizational skills.
- Experience managing budgets and project schedules.
- Relevant certifications in construction management or safety preferred.'

Pay: $55.00 - $68.00 per hour
