The ideal candidate would be responsible for the following:
- Professional experience installing home theater, smart home systems, home networks and security systems
- Leading team members and delegating jobs
- Testing product functionality and performing quality audits of other team members' work
The ideal candidate MUST have the following qualifications:
- Experience leading a team and/or functioning alone on small-to-large scale A/V, Smart Home and network installations
- Experience setting up networks of various scales including managed and unmanaged switches, access points, and routers
-Experience installing and setting up security systems (burglary, surveillance and environmental)
- Experience with new-construction low-voltage pre-wiring methodology
- Able to use hand-and-power tools
- Able to use and comfortable on ladders
- Comfortable working in attics and crawlspaces and in hot and cold environments
- Able to lead and direct team members
- Able to manage small and large projects
- Be able to acquire an Idaho State driver's license within 30-days of hiring if relocating from out-of-the-area
- Have a clean driving record
The ideal candidate MUST have these qualifications
- Control4 or Crestron training/certifications
- Other smart home technology training
- Understand current industry standards for both home audio and home video
- Network certifications
- Able and willing to perform both pre-wire and equipment installation functions
