The Logistics Coordinator will support the flow of diagnostic equipment, consumables, and samples across the organization. This person ensures accurate order processing, timely shipments, and compliance with healthcare logistics standards. They will work closely with labs, suppliers, couriers, and internal teams to keep operations moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments of diagnostic supplies, samples, and equipment
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Ensure all logistics activities comply with healthcare handling and safety requirements
- Prepare and maintain shipping documents, chain-of-custody forms, and related paperwork
- Communicate with labs, clinics, vendors, and courier partners to confirm delivery timelines
- Support inventory tracking and restocking of diagnostic consumables
- Update internal systems with accurate shipment and inventory data
- Maintain organized records for audits and regulatory compliance
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations (healthcare or lab environment preferred)
- Understanding of handling sensitive/temperature-controlled medical items is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple shipments and tight timelines
- Proficiency with Excel and logistics tracking systems
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
