- Provide coordination and support for P&O projects and major cross-functional programs that make a real impact on our organization.
- Assist the P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Manager in managing governance processes and ensuring alignment with strategic priorities.
- Keep stakeholders informed and engaged, from senior leaders to project teams.
- Monitor progress, anticipate challenges, and contribute to solutions that keep projects on track.

Essential Accountabilities:
1. P&O Governance (Shared Responsibility)
o Assist in managing local governance activities (e.g., POLT, EPOLT).
o Collect and synthesize relevant data, prepare meeting materials, and develop reports.
o Ensure alignment between governance outputs and strategic guidelines and priorities.
o Main interfaces: P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Project Manager, O&I Manager, SVP P&O, POLT.
2. Project Planning (Shared Responsibility)
o Support the P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Project Manager in developing comprehensive project operating plans (in line with Ferrero Project Management Framework).
o Main interfaces: P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Project Manager, Workstream Leaders, Project Leaders.
3. Project Development (Shared Responsibility)
o Cascade project plan to stream leaders and coordinate execution across streams.
o Ensure timely and quality implementation of projects according to the project plan.
o Main interfaces: P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Project Manager, Workstream Leaders, Project Leaders, O&I Manager.
4. Project Monitoring (Full Responsibility)
o Track progress against deliverables and timelines.
o Provide consolidated updates to project leadership and stakeholders.
o Main interfaces: P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Project Manager, Project Leaders, O&I Manager.
5. Project Accounting (Full Responsibility)
o Collect and consolidate data on project costs and benefits.
o Deliver monthly budget vs. plan reports to ensure financial transparency and accountability.
o Main interfaces: P&O PMO and Cross-Functional Project Manager, Project Leaders, O&I Manager.
