Overview
We are seeking dedicated and hardworking Laborers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks that support our operations. Ideal candidates will possess a strong work ethic, the ability to work as part of a team, and a commitment to safety and quality standards. This position is essential in ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment at job sites.
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
- Follow instructions from supervisors and collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools as needed for various projects.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while on the job site.
- Pay is accordingly to your skill.
- Construction on the interior & exterior of the project, mostly residential.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy objects
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions accurately.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour
