We are a full-service disaster restoration company, we specialize in the mitigation of flood and the remediation of fire, and mold. We seek an experienced Water Mitigation Technician to join our team and play a pivotal role in leading our field operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year experience in water/fire mitigation and Disaster Restoration.
- IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Microbial Remediation (AMRT) is not required but highly desirable.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Proficient in the use of moisture meters, mapping tools, and other industry-specific equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the disaster restoration industry.

Additional Information
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $29.00 per hour DOE
Schedule:
8 hour shifts but overtime is common since we are a 24/7 emergency response
company. Must be willing to go into “on call” rotation with other associates for
emergency call-outs.
License/Certification:
IICRC Certification (Preferred)
Driver's License (Required)
Must pass background check and drug test.
