Quality Manager
Location: Le Sueur, MN
Travel: 10%
The Position:
- Ensures the Quality system parameters are implemented and maintained.
- Monitors an ISO quality management system with written standards and procedures including managing the company internal auditing system and supporting activities related to ISO requirements
- Ensures documented procedures are established and implemented throughout a product's design, development, manufacturing, inspection, test and delivery processes.
- Processes customer complaints, follows through to resolve problems and communicates with customers to discuss quality related issues.
- Oversees the following processes: corrective action, nonconforming material program and preventative action processes.
- Manages the audit function to ensure compliance with Quality standards.
- Documents process metrics for management review and to facilitate continual improvement
