Badger State Staffing is seeking a Team Lead for a full-time opportunity based in the Fox Valley area. In this role you will be responsible for the successful execution of assigned customer projects, ensuring seamless coordination from initial request through final delivery. This role acts as the primary customer service liaison, managing accounts, providing accurate project estimates, and streamlining the workflow between the customer and the design team.

Primary Duties:

Project and account management
Provide comprehensive customer service activities
Estimate and pricing
Complete and process purchase orders (POs) for necessary job materials, supplies, or outside services as required
Proactively identify, recommend, and implement changes necessary to improve and streamline workflow efficiency between the customer service and production departments
Collect, analyze, and communicate feedback received from the customer group to internal teams for continuous improvement
Coordinate closely with the sales team to understand and address the specific needs and requirements of assigned customers

Qualifications:

Minimum of one year experience in the Graphic Arts Industry
Strong technology skills, critical thinking, and written/verbal communication
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to prepare accurate financial quotes and manage purchase orders
Self-motivated and proactive, with an ability to recognize and implement process improvements without constant supervision

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
