- Talk face-to-face with local homeowners in Middlesex County to offer top-tier remodeling solutions.
- Represent our company’s values of integrity, excellence & customer-first service.
- Learn a proven sales process that allowed our team members to earn $75K+ in year one.
- Work Monday–Friday (with occasional weekends included) — get paid to win now, build your future later.
- Track your metrics, hit daily targets, and compete for weekly bonuses and trips.
What You’ll Get:

What We’re Looking For:
- 18+ years old, high school diploma or equivalent.
- Coachable, competitive, self-motivated.
- Comfortable working outdoors in the field and with face-to-face interaction.
- Available Monday–Friday (occasional Saturday) and eager to get started this week.
- Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation a plus.
