Job Posting: Yard Hand – Allison Crane & Rigging (Pecos, TX)
Allison Crane & Rigging is seeking a hardworking and reliable Yard Hand to join our team in Pecos, Texas. This position plays a key role in keeping our equipment, yard, and facilities organized, clean, and ready for operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Washing and cleaning cranes and related equipment
- Assisting with yard organization and inventory control
- Cleaning and maintaining the shop, yard, and office areas
- Loading and unloading trailers, tools, and miscellaneous equipment
- Supporting mechanics and operators as needed
- General labor and other tasks to support daily operations
Requirements:
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to work outside in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
- Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
- Previous yard, equipment, or oilfield experience a plus (but not required)
