Overview
The Skilled Cabinet Technician is responsible for installing, repairing, and finishing custom cabinetry and millwork with accuracy and efficiency. This role requires advanced woodworking knowledge, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform high-quality installation of cabinets, trim, and built-in components at client job sites.
- Operate woodworking machinery such as table saws, jointers, planers, CNC machines, edge banders, sanders, and routers.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and cut lists.
- Conduct repairs, adjustments, and finishing tasks to ensure a flawless final product.
- Perform accurate measuring, cutting, assembly, and installation using proper carpentry techniques.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and team members to ensure project timelines and quality expectations are met.
- Troubleshoot fabrication or installation issues and provide effective solutions.
- Inspect finished work to ensure it meets quality and customer satisfaction standards.
Pay: $50,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
