Fleet Dispatch Coordinator – Keep zTrip Running Smoothly

We’re looking for a Fleet Dispatch Coordinator to join our dynamic operations team in Kansas City. In this key role, you’ll manage daily dispatch operations, assign trips, and ensure clear, timely communication across teams—keeping our fleet running at peak performance.

Shift: Tuesday – Saturday

What You’ll Do As a Fleet Dispatch Coordinator

Assign drivers to trips based on availability, proximity, and customer needs
Monitor daily operations to ensure on-time performance and service quality
Communicate trip details, route changes, and updates to drivers in real time
Maintain accurate dispatch logs and vehicle deployment records
Work closely with operations and customer service teams to improve efficiency
Handle service disruptions or emergencies with professionalism and composure
Support a safety-first culture by enforcing operational standards and procedures

What You Bring:

Experience in dispatching, transportation coordination, or fleet management (preferred)
Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm and decisive in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with dispatch or GPS-routing software (a plus)
Valid driver’s license required
