HySafe is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join as Construction Installation Technician, a critical role overseeing a team in the installation of fall protection systems at worksites across the United States.

WHAT THE ROLE DOES:

Organize, supervise, lead and train employees to complete installation projects within guidelines.
Interpret and communicate project specifications to team/contractors, enforce safety regulations and resolve any work or personnel-related issues.
Understand project scope, with thorough preparation to ensure a successful and safe installation.
Assist managers with inspections and reports, to verify work conforms to specifications and schedules.
Initiate any repair or replacements needed, or adjustments of procedures.
Maintain excellent customer relationships, ensuring project details are consistently communicated.
Travel up to 100% of the time, frequently outside of local area.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

High School diploma or GED.
4 years construction field experience.
Experience with power tools and possess personal set of hand tools used for installation projects.
Previous experience working at heights up to 100 feet (preferred).
Strong communication skills with comfort interacting directly and professionally with customers, project managers, subcontractors, operations, sales, and other team members.
Highly ethical, positive cultural addition, self-motivated.
