Job Description
We are seeking a
Master’s-level Supply Chain Analyst (CPT eligible) to join our growing operations team. This role is ideal for graduate students pursuing a degree in
Supply Chain Management,
Business Analytics,
Industrial Engineering,
Logistics, or related fields.
The analyst will support
daily supply chain operations, reporting, and process improvements, while gaining hands-on experience with
ERP systems and
data analytics tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Support procurement, logistics, demand planning, and inventory management operations.
- Collect, clean, and analyze supply chain data to identify performance trends and areas of improvement.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs (e.g., order accuracy, lead times, cost savings).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Procurement, Operations, Logistics, and Finance) for smooth process execution.
- Assist in forecasting, supply planning, and vendor performance tracking.
- Work with ERP / SCM tools such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite for process monitoring (training provided if needed).
- Document findings and share insights with management for continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and digital supply chain trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis).
- Knowledge of SQL or Python for data analysis is a plus.
- Exposure to ERP / SCM systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar) preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong team collaboration skills and ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the Supply Chain and Operations domain.
Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Basic understanding of supply chain KPIs (Inventory Turnover, Order Accuracy, Lead Times, etc.).
- Academic project experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics.
