The Role
Reporting to the Board, you will have full P&L accountability and the responsibility to set the strategic direction, optimise operations, and maximise commercial performance. You will work closely with a talented senior leadership team to deliver sustainable growth, operational excellence, and enhanced shareholder returns.

- Strategic Leadership: Define and execute a clear growth strategy, balancing operational efficiency with commercial expansion.
- Operational Excellence: Lead manufacturing operations, ensuring world-class quality, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery, with a focus on Lean methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Commercial Impact: Develop and execute strategies to expand the customer base, optimise pricing, and drive profitable growth across key markets.
- Financial Performance: Deliver EBITDA growth and improve MOIC through disciplined cost management, operational enhancements, and strategic investment decisions.
- People & Culture: Inspire, motivate, and develop the leadership team and wider workforce, creating a high-performance culture aligned with business objectives.
- Innovation & Technical Expertise: Apply deep technical knowledge to guide process improvement, product development, and operational problem-solving.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will have:
- Extensive experience in aerospace component manufacturing, ideally with a technical or engineering education background.
- A proven track record of driving EBITDA growth and creating shareholder value.
- Strong experience spanning both operations and commercial functions, with hands-on understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain management, and customer engagement.
- Demonstrable expertise in Lean, continuous improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership skills, capable of motivating teams, influencing stakeholders, and driving change in a complex, high-performance environment.
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and profitable growth initiatives.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to represent the business to investors, customers, and partners.
