Role and Responsibilities:

Assess damage caused by water, fire, mold, and other disasters, and develop effective restoration plans.
Lead a team of technicians and oversee all aspects of disaster restoration projects from start to finish.
Provide technical expertise in the safe and efficient operation of restoration equipment and tools.
Communicate with clients and management to ensure proper understanding of project scope and progress.
Conduct thorough inspections and assessments to identify potential hazards and develop appropriate safety measures.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards to deliver exceptional results within established parameters.
Train and mentor technicians on restoration techniques, safety protocols, and industry best practices.
Maintain accurate records, including project documentation, equipment inventory, and job progress reports.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends, regulations, and technologies to continually improve service delivery.

Qualifications:

Strong technical skills in operating restoration equipment, such as air movers, dehumidifiers, extractors, and thermal imaging cameras.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and management.
Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy equipment as required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
IICRC certifications (Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Mold Remediation, etc.) preferred.
Asbestos abatement certification, lead certification, or similar preferred.
In-depth knowledge of water damage mitigation, fire and smoke restoration, mold remediation, and structural drying preferred.
Bilingual skills preferred.
