Key Responsibilities
- Proactively monitor global security systems, including access control, video surveillance, and alarm systems, across all company sites.
- Triage and validate security alerts and incidents, assessing their potential impact and urgency.
- Monitor open-source intelligence (OSINT) and news feeds for global events, geopolitical unrest, and natural disasters that may affect company personnel, assets, or operations.
- Serve as the first point of contact for all security-related incidents and alarms.
- Execute established response procedures for a variety of incidents, from facility alarms to executive travel disruptions and crisis events.
- Provide timely, clear, and concise verbal and written situational updates to security leadership and key stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a security operations center, corporate security, public safety, military, or emergency dispatch role.
- Strong situational awareness and ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic understanding of access control, video management, and mass notification systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.
- Experience with OSINT monitoring and analysis.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
