About the Role
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth movement of international freight. You’ll manage day-to-day shipment coordination, communicate with carriers and customers, and support the operational excellence that keeps our clients’ supply chains moving efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate air, ocean, and ground shipments from pickup through final delivery.
- Prepare and review shipping documentation.
- Communicate daily with clients, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely updates.
- Track and trace shipments, resolving any issues or delays.
- Support import/export compliance by maintaining accurate records.
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or transportation coordination.
- Knowledge of air, ocean, and/or domestic freight processes (import/export).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive priorities.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
