Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain operations for our pharmaceutical manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will manage procurement, inventory, production planning, and distribution to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential to drive efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and continuous improvement across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement, supplier relationships, and inventory levels.
- Oversee production planning and logistics to ensure timely product availability.
- Ensure compliance with FDA, GMP, and other regulatory requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and distribution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of supply chain experience in pharmaceutical or biotech manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, GMP, and quality standards.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
